As this villa is located in Üzümlü Village in the hills above Kalkan, the road to reach the villa may be unsurfaced. A vehicle may be required to reach the villa.

Check-in to villa is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, extra 50 TL will be charged.

Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in situations where a third party is involved (drone flying, parachute and plane passing by, etc.). Also, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in each area of this villa. We mainly guarantee seclusion for the pool and sunbathing area of the pool.

Please note that the pool heating is at an extra charge of €100.

Please note that a refundable security deposit of €200 will be required by the property on arrival.
